[2020] The Division 2 deleted all my in-game progresss after 1.11 update

Here's what happened, I've been playing for several months and then decided to stop playing for a few months. Today, I bought latest expansion for the game and it asked me to log in into my Ubisoft account which I tried to but didn't let me because kept saying my username or password were invalid. I reset it and was successful, however it was still denying me access to it. I decided to create another Ubisoft account and by doing that all my in-game progress is gone. This is utterly ridiculous. I'm not going to start playing all over again. Ubisoft forcing people to keep a separate account besides PSN plus just for its games really complicates things. Now, my previous account is still active, I guess if I was able to log-in to the forum with such old account, still working and hopefully all my progress is still there because I haven't delete or reinstalled the game. How do I unlink The division 2 game with the newly created Ubisoft account and link it with my older Ubisoft account so I can have access to all my in-game data?.
