I have been playing for approximately 5 hours and have leveled my shd watch up at minimum 7 times and have received 0 proficiency caches. I am Season level 100. I have restarted the game and power cycled my ps4. There are none in my mailbox. Is anyone else experiencing this or am i alone in my sorrow?

- Can you confirm that you are experiencing the issue on PS4? Which model of PS4 do you play on?
- Did the issue occur on a boosted character?
- Can you confirm your season level at the time of experiencing the issue?
