It is now getting to a point were Ubisoft is becoming the worst company on record, the lack of crash fixing the basic costumer support responses do this do that, we know we have 2000 time over but it still don't fix the crashing issue, if you cant support the game anymore which is what it seem to me after my 298th crash in 18 months i think u need to stop spinning a yarn and stop making stuff for it just because its making you money and your do sweet f all about issue that r more important that a bloody bit of armour clipping or not working right thing like that is bottom of the list to what should be sorted out crash issue is always and should always be priority number 1 not number f you player we make money ahaha,, iv been a fan of Ubisoft for a while as they did yes DID make the best game and developer them great now there blizzard don't care for the player and ignore it all.. if you got a problem you cant fix TELL us then we can be more understanding and think ok there working on it might take awhile but no you just ignore us leave us in the dark just cos you own the game and think we don't have to do sht about it.

Hi @shene525 , welcome to our forums. I understand you've had a frustrating time of crashing with The Division 2, and I see that you've posted over in our crashing megathread as well. I really appreciate you sending across your crashing reports, as well as your thoughts about this crashing issue.

I understand you've already heard us say this, but I'll say it again nonetheless - our team is doing everything they can to investigate crashing issues. Please understand that game development is compartmentalised, so the teams and resources are very different to the teams and resources we have on sorting out live issues. They cannot be swapped around quite so easily. That said, I wanted to make very clear that we understand that crashing issues preventing players from playing at all are very important, and we allocate our resources accordingly. I don't personally have any say or oversight in that sort of thing, but I know that to be the case nonetheless.

Please keep an eye on our megathread for further updates on this. My apologies for the further inconvenience in the meantime.
