[2020] [Bug/Glitch]Summit Floor 7, Door cannot be interacted and no access and the other side is a wall?

I was doing solo summit and checking each rooms and I found this on floor 7 but the door cannot be interacted and when looking inside it shows there is another door on the other side but it is already a wall with no door showing.

Here are the pictures, as I need to use photo mode since the screenshot function is not working on Uplay for some reasons.
