Kelso's agent mask:
“Kelso is quiet and watchful. She always takes in her surroundings and assesses the situation wtih close scrutiny before she act. when facing danger her violent, ruthless side come out.”

1.Kelso’s insistence:
Night vision goggles:when the night or dark environment, the target will have a light green.
+30% Hazard Protection
+30% Damage to Elites

Reduce weapon control ability by -15%

(According to Medicles and Ubi-RealDude's recommendations. I have 2 attributes from 5 attributes NERF, 25 Damage to Elites and 25 Hazard Protection.
If you pick up the equipment which only have 25% & 25% attribute., you should not keep it in a limited warehouse space...)

REQUIRES
Requires a Apparel Mask.

2.Kelso’s courage:
While aiming you gain +3% Headshot Damage for each Offensive (red battery) on your gear.
When Hip Fire , you gain +1% Health Damage for each Offensive (red battery) on your gear. And you get a 10% increase in movement speed and weapon control ability +30%.
[Google translation problem, the two special effects can only choose one to active at the same time.]

3.Kelso’s violence is ruthless
When your grenade hits the enemy, you gain an additional 10% damage increase, and the enemy gains 10% of the additional damage taken by DEBUFF. The effect lasts 15 seconds.
When you kill this target , get a special electric shock grenade, you will get a running speed of +15% and +15% weapon control. BUFF lasts 15 seconds.

Acquisition conditions:

Revenge of the Hunter Agent:
The trigger condition has 12 Agent Hunter masks.

The White House was powered down due to a special agent hunter attack and the defense system failed.

Six agent hunters broke into the White House and must fight them back in time.
Only after the grenade has injured them can the player deal damage to them (15 seconds of damage)

Or use "Shield Splinterer - F2000" to directly cause damage, ignoring the hunter's damage immunity.

Simple, stimulating and story-connected content.

I really like the activities of Agent Hunters. I believe many players like it.

Explain the reasons for this design:
1. Help newbies, many novice masks are not good enough. Not enough to challenge difficult. (Exotic gear can only wear one piece, will not break the balance)
Changed to someone who suffers from the RNG system
(I'd assume that by the time newbies acquire twelve masks, they won't be newbies anymore. thanks Merphee)

2. With reference to BTSU Exotic Gloves, the design is really good. So there should be a red related Exotic gear. (Slightly suppress the PVP blue configuration)

3. Agent hunters with interesting and difficult stories are quite challenging. (Many players want to see them more in the game)

4. The talents of the grenade in the game are quite interesting, and it is a pity that few people use them:

“To Order”
Grenades can now be “cooked” by holding the fire button, making them explode earlier.

“Mad Bomber”
Grenade radius is increased by +50%. Grenades that kill an enemy are refunded.
>>
We have different effects of grenades, should give players the use of grenades rewards. Increase the diversity of gameplay and increase the use of unpopular talent.

5. Whether it's new exotic equipment, another new acquisition category. "Shield Splinterer - F2000" is so handsome, it is a pity to not pick it up.

6. In a dark environment, teamwork can win the agent hunter (Before you are too close to him (sneak), he kills you directly with an axe. Use a flashlight to find him.)

It's like a small EP1, specially delivered to the White House battlefield.
It doesn't have to be RAID, it can also make the game very interesting.

7. Ammor Damage & Health Damage: The design is good, they should be used more in the game.
In particular, this design increases the difference in targeting factors, as the main element of shooting games.

8. Beauty is justice, Kelso.

Don't you think so?

I'll be honest, I have no idea what to make of this. If the point is to have an insanely strong piece of gear to help 'newbies,' I'd think the acquisition wouldn't impossible until endgame..
