After completing the manhunt. My inventory is full. My reward is dropped on the ground. After the cutscene, I was force to go back to the white house. I lost the ability to pick up my reward and lost my exotic. normally the exotic was suppose to be send to the mail but that didn't happen.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you, and sorry to read that you lost the ability to pick up your reward after completing the manhunt.
Usually, once you have completed a mission or manhunt and do not pick up the reward, there is a chance that it can be lost. Have you checked to see if it's in your stache?
