I'm way past story level 30. Don't have the exotic liberty pistol in my inventory/stash. Maybe I already build it and accidentally deleted it, I don;t know. At the bench it says to get the trigger mechanism at the Capitol. But Kendra doesn't drop it. Tried to replay it from story to heroic, but no drop. Seems like a bug, or am I missing something. Want to create a shield build with this gun. Seems like a bug.

Did you play the mission when it's invaded? It needs to be an invaded mission, so the quest does take a few weeks to complete
