[2020] Worth reporting players using XIM etc W video?

So I've recorded a lot of DZ fights where basically a good thick chunk of damning evidence, there is no combination of legitimate peripherals, hardware, and software that can even remotely emulate it

If I report them/it, and upload/share it, can and will it be used against them if it clearly shows consistently impossible behaviours?

It's getting a bit boring running into it constantly
in the DZ tbh, can't wait to not hear the firefly sound again,
