With the 4 piece Foundry Bulwark, the 4 piece talent called Makeshift Repairs is not working. I tested in the shooting range and in PVE and it never procs. I dont even get the 1% armor regeneration which is easily confirmed in the shooting range at the take damage button. I have read some old reddit posts in which this talent only worked in the dark zone, but for me, it doesnt work in PVE or at the shooting range. I am wearing the four piece and I have no armor regeneration listed in my stat page. I will test the DZ soon. This has been a known issue for quite some time, yet it is still not fixed. It makes me wonder what else isnt working in this game that I havent noticed. Is anyone else experiencing this issue on PS4?

I am sorry to hear you have been having issues with the Foundry Bulwark.
We are investigating this. Note this will not work in the shooting range as there is no NPCs to shoot your armour or shield to proc it.
To help with this, could you please provide us with video of this in the open world?
