[2020] [Connectivity/Multiplayer]After creating a new ps user , i wasnt able to connec to ubisoft with old user

HI,
i created a US account and when i open the division 2 game it connect to ubisoft with the new user , but i didnt see the old user progress.
when i tried to open the old user it wont connect to ubisoft and i got the error :
You cannot link your ubisoft account to this account, u need to re- associate it with the account you originally linked to
how can i oprate the old user again with all my progress in the game?
