I recently already had such a huge update when tu15 has been released and now again, resulting into 3 hour process. Had these several times already. I am tired with these surprises. What is going on? Please fix your game. Tired of crashes, freezes and these 3 hour surprises.

I'm sorry to hear that you've had trouble downloading updates on Xbox One X. Thanks for taking the time to share your experiences with us.
I wasn't able to find any information regarding an update deployed on 1 June 2022. The last update, as far as I can see, was the deployment of TU15 on 12th May 2022, though this update should have only been ~6GB.
My understanding of downloads on Xbox is that the console downloads a "copy" of the game and installs the updates to this, before "deleting" the old version of the game from the console. This may be why your download size seems quite large, as the console is essentially redownloading the whole base game again.
If you are having trouble downloading games on Xbox, then I recommend that you contact Xbox Support for more assistance with this.
