Purchased the $20 premium credit pack that came with the special mask. Bought myself some Hunter outfit items, and then had enough for the Year 1 pass. I bought it, and received the specializations. However, I didn't receive any of the premium items. I received the Firewall hat and specialization masks, but not the rest of the outfits. Now my Technician research is glitched out. I can equip the Technician, but it still shows I can do research for it (even though the button to view research is greyed out). Any help on this issue?

Hiya slothtastical! I'm sorry for not getting to this thread until now. Can you confirm for me if you are still missing the premium items from your purchase of the Year 1 Pass? If so, I would like to request that you send our Technical Support teams a message about this via the support portal, so they can take a closer look at this with you.
