[2020] Can't connect

I'm having issues connecting to d2 on my PS4 pro, I have 2ps4s not only 1ps4 pro. Everytime I get to character select screen and select one i last up until 100% and/or get a foxtrot-01 error. I have restarted modern router and the pro and still won't connect. So I figured it was either division servers or my internet, so I loaded d2 on my regular PS4 and it loaded in with no issues. I even tried a different Ethernet cable as well. Both ps4s are on same network both hard wired. I tried putting PS4 pro on WiFi instead and still didn't work. I attempted division 1 on the pro and it worked with no issues at all. I'm lost I don't know what else to try at this point.. should I try to delete and then reinstall the game?

Please give our troubleshooting guide a try.

I'd also advise trying another profile on your PS4 Pro if possible to see if the issue persists there too
