it could be a coincidence but when the ps services were wobbly and i saw on your website you were going to investigate connection issues the my game started acting weird.... anyways when i finished the campaign and the went into the white house and opened my map after i went to the bounty guy my map glitched out and i had major fps drops under 20 fps or something on my ps4 wich could handle the game perfectly afterwards i closed the map and walked around and my fps jumped up but when opened my map it dropped crazy again! if its treu that this is caused by connection why is my game lagging on the map only? and not on normal walking and stuff when i restarted the game 15 mins later the problem vanished but i still want to make a second character and go through the campaign so i dont want to expirience this glitch again can you fix this or tell me how this happens and how performance is impacted by connection? also why my game only lagged on the map https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bxgeYU5gfxs

It does seem odd that this is just happening on the map.
Just to rule out any form of connection issue, can you go through the steps listed here and let us know if this is still happening.
