[2019] No Exclusive patch for beating Raid

we completed the raid just a few minutes after i post this. some of my clan mates got the patch but i didnt get it. we used my progression, which i already completed the raid from start to finish, but we had some pause and resumed on the other day. i make sure that we will be using my progression to finish the raid, but to my surprise, i didnt got the exclusive patch for raid finishers from May 16 to 23.

did we misses out something on the raid? i also make sure that all of my commendations are claimed.

Raid First Week Completion Patch: We have received reports that under certain circumstances the patch awarded for completing the raid within the first week is not granted to players.
Status: We have a fix in the works that will be deployed as soon as possible. The intended fix was not released during the May 23rd maintenance as originally planned, due to a need to delay the update.
