I got used to that the multiple game crashes (and sometimes my whole computer goes down then), but that it won´t start at all is a new for me. After starting D2 a window pops up, saying:

"The Division 2.exe Anwendungsfehler (jep, I´m, German)
Die Anwendung konnte nicht korrekt gestartet werden (0xc0000005). Klicke auf "OK", um die Anwendung zu schließen."

Starting the game anew does not help, nor verifiying all files. I deletet D2 completely from my PC already and downloaded it anew. Same problem.

Need help!

Hello @TheForceMajeure sorry to hear that your game refuses to launch on PC, thanks for supplying that error code.

Could you please follow each step you have yet to try in our tech troubleshooting guide? This guide contains the most common fixes for this issue and will also help rule out if it was caused by hardware, software, corrupted file, Windows settings and out-of-date drivers > https://www.ubisoft.com/help?article=000061047

Another advanced step I would recommend trying would be to increase your Windows pagefile memory size, this helped a player in the past on The Division who had the same error code. To do this >

-Press the Windows key and R to bring up the Run toolbox
-Type sysdm.cpl and press enter
-Select the Advanced tab
-Select Performance Settings
-Select Advanced again
-Select the Virtual memory Change button
-Uncheck the 'Automatically manage paging file size for all drives' box
-Make a note of your current settings
-Select a drive such as a fast SSD or one with plenty of space and select the Custom size check button
-Set a number for the Initial size then times this by x3 for the maximum size
-Select Set, then OK, then you must restart your computer
-Test the game again

If the game refuses to launch you can go back to this menu and set a higher number pagefile, or reset the settings back to 'System Managed size' to use the default settings before you started editing these options
