Xbox platform. Any weapon with Sledgehammer as a talent can not be re-rolled to a different talent at the recalibration table. I have tried with a G36, Vector and ACR, all of which dropped in the open world. When trying to recalibrate the talent, the options box just says "No Replacements Found"
