Black Tusk as Endgame Elite units should be the most challanging enemy in Division 2.
Atm theyre the weakest of all enemy groups.
They have the worst KI out of all, but not in a good way.
The fight vs Black Tusk run as follow:
you shoot 1 bullet -> They stay in cover for hours -> You have to run to them to kill -> Thats it.....only the hounds are challanging somehow bcs they dont stay in cover forever.
Hyenas, Outlaw, etc....everyone else has a better KI bcs they do more than just stay in cover.
The Black Tusk KI def need a buff/adjustment bcs atm its simply annoying to do missions invaded by Black Tusk.
Hope this will be improved till the Raid bcs its not fun to play "whack the mole (Black Tusk Edition)" esp in a Raid encounter.
