[2020] 300s memento buff only lasts 5 seconds

the long term buff that is supposed to last 300s (5mins) sometimes does not even last 5 seconds. there have been times when i pick up the kill token and the arm buff appears but vanishes within 5 seconds and even if you stack it sometmes it suddenly starts counting down in a matter of seconds. i have a feeling it confuses the stacking (long term) buff with the single use (short term ) buff overwritig the timer for the 300s buff.
