I've just purchased the one off offer from the store via the game.

The money has been taken from my account, the yellow tracksuit apparel has been added to my mailbox but the 3000 premium credits have not been added.

It's been 30 mins since my purchase.

When I've tried to open a support ticket on the Ubi site, TD2 is not listed, and the online chat ended as no one was available.

What are my next steps?

I am sorry to hear that the premium credits you bought are missing from the completed order.

For such purpose, I'd have to redirect you towards the Ubisoft Support, so they can have a look and start an investigation for yourselves.
You will probably be asked for little information to regularize the situation.
