As stated in the title, I've reported this 1-2 seasons ago when I first noticed this change.
I just witnessed my skill Assault Turret burn to death(again) rapidly from the flame on the ground left by an outcast suicide rusher in open world activities. Not the explosion, the flame on the ground. So what gives? We can't do that to mechanicals (unless using Firewall sidearm shenanigans) so why this particular flame? All other flames from cleaners and outcasts, or environmentals are not affecting my skills.
Surely this is not working as intended. For reference, my Turret is Skill Tier 6 and I have FULL memento stacks (factor in skill efficiency) and I have 3 pcs Empress which also adds 20% skill health.
I hope you guys can address this.
