Hello Ubisoft,

When I try to open my inventory and swap weapons or any gear piece i.e. mask, kneepads etc, the UPlay Launcher AND Game will crash. This has been an issue since TU11, and even though it was stated to be "fixed" in the hotfix patch on September 29th, it still occurs. It's the main content I livestream on Twitch, and I'd like to get this fixed ASAP.

The error it gives me is:

"Uplay has detected a not recoverable error and has to close. Crash dump created in "C:/Program Files (x86)/Ubisoft/Ubisoft Game Launcher/crashes""

Then the game gives me this error code with the following message:

BRAVO-11

"Uplay PC has stopped running. You should close and restart your game to prevent any loss of functionality."


My issue is, I can't access the dump files because I play on NVIDIA GeForce NOW, since my PC is too weak for The Division 2.

I really hope this will get fixed ASAP.

I'm so sorry for the late reply. I'm sure it wasn't intentional, maybe another member of staff simply missed the thread. After all, it's our job to help!

As for the issue, could you please test again after performing a clean boot? If it's anything on your end causing this, then a clean boot should help with this. I appreciate that most of the work is being done via GeForce Now, though.
