For all those who qualify for the Raid a huge treat awaits you at the end, an exotic AR with deadly precision, high damage and rpm.

Behold, the deadly Eagle Bearer.

Talent 1 : Increases accuracy the longer you shoot it (like LMG) + same talent also grants 35% weapon buff from any HS kill on player or NPC. Refreshes with every new kill, lasts for wait for it... 10 seconds.. Not 5 or 7 seconds, full 10 seconds. SAME talent also grants Tenacity.

Talent 2: Every time you proc the 35% weapon bonus you proc Tenacity, during the 10 second window every shot you land on the body grants 1% damage immunity, every HS you land grants 5% damage immunity. Can stack to 80% damage reduction.

Damage mitigated from Tenacity is applied AFTER the 10 second cool down is off (however you can keep refreshing it with new kills) every kill reduces damage applied from mitigation cool down by 20%, if you kill 5 targets you take 0 damage from the full 80% defence buff. Insane!

Talent 3: Grants 10% bonus armor when holstered... that is amazing!

Mods on it are sick also:
  • Optics will add 10 per cent critical chance
  • Magazine will provide 30 extra rounds (yep 30 extra beyond the regular 20 ) total 50 rounds, kidding me that is insane.
  • Underbarrel will give 10 per cent stability
  • Muzzle will boost critical hit damage by 15 per cent

Over all this Exotic AR will be an absolute beast, and a must have for DZ PVP and PVE.

But oh, wait, 90% of you will never get it.... See you in the DZ haha!

Seems that this exotic is a one-off drop which brings up another chance to talk about the different methods of exotics in The Division 2. How does getting that lucky drop that you may/may not get compare to the slower boil of getting exotic components from more consistently repeatable activities?
