[2020] Refer a friend rewards not being granted

I'm having problems with the refer a friend rewards, I've completed the 3 missions with my recruit and the website has updated to show that I've completed the missions Image proof

. but my rewards haven't been delivered (It's been more than 48 hours), I've sumitted a ubisoft support ticket that has subsequently been escalated (CASE NUMBER 12662852) but I feel asthough nothing will come of it. If anyone could assist me in anyway that would be most appreciated.
