For some reason I cannot extract 15% pistol damage for the library, tried two different pistols but nothing. Goes through the animation but doesn't extract it.
Tried restarting the game, turning off all world directives and even changing world difficulty, doesn't make a difference. I've already filled up my library with every stat but I'm about 10 or so from maxing everything so I've had no issues extracting stats until now.
I use a controller but doesn't work with the keyboard either.
