[2023] [Bug] No longer get apparel caches

I'm stuck at 19/29 and containers just don't drop anymore. After four steps, nothing! It's been like this since last week.
I've leveled up multiple times now and just don't get apparel caches.

There were recently 4 Legacy Event Container keys as a Christmas login bonus, but I've been collecting all the content for months. Logically, I can't even redeem the keys.

This event expires in five days and I can't unlock it until then! Restarted the game, restarted the launcher, nothing helps, it's already the second day where nothing works.
