[2019] DMG Drop Off??

Is it just me or after "Patch 3" that ALL the weapon DMG dropped off? Now it's as if your going out there using a pea shooter as your weapon.

There have been some changes to passive and active talents that might translate into lower damage output. But I appreciate the feedback regarding NPC encounters, thank you for sharing!
