I NEED help.
I'm currently stuck in New York, and whenever I try to return to Washington, either through the map or the pilot, the moment I press "X" to view the Washington map, my game crashes. I've tried looking for another way to return, and the only way that comes to mind is through joining a friend or a clan member who's in Washington. The problem is that, at the time I'm writing this post, I have no one playing.
I really enjoy this game, but this crashing problem is just sad.

I'm sorry to hear your game is crashing when returning to Washington without having to do a workaround which isn't always an option available to you. We can get a better look as to what could be causing it by having a look at your system files (DX Diag and MSInfo), but you would need to contact us directly via our support site or social media to receive those from you.
Before you do, please just run through the steps in this article and see if there's anything you haven't tried yet first of all, just to rule out any of the most common causes of issues on PC.

I see there's quite a few crashing threads started recently (this one was started before the end of season), but I suspect the reason for those may be due to the ongoing issue with the end of the last season and the Season 11 delay (mentioned here).
It will be hard to troubleshoot such issues as this whilst there is a new ongoing issue that is possibly linked to crashes.
