[2023] Empress International Body Armor display problems

I have a problem i am attempting to report. It is with the named Empress international body armor piece "Cesar's Guard". The Expertise, Core attributes and attributes are not displaying. I have a loadout around this piece and if these things are not displaying, i'm afraid what's going to take place when i do missions on challenging or higher difficulty...help!
