I have tried pretty much every single resource I could scour the internet for and have not been able to solve this problem for the latter part of 6 months.
Any ideas would be welcome, I've tried all the things recommended here and a bunch of registry edits from elsewhere.
I am not fond of the idea of downloading random .dll's from websites of questionable repute, especially after running a full repair scan on my windows 10 installation showed no dll's are corrupted.
