[2019] You launched with the specialist ammo bug!!!!????

My grenade launcher is empty, but there is ammo for it all over the place, I tried to reload but it doesn't. This was reported in multiple post on the PTS forums and the #1 thing I was hoping to see fixed before it went live, you let me down! Everyone enjoy all the specialist ammo dropping, you just won't be able to pick it up! Switching specializations, relogging, or being downed is the only way I know to be able to pickup ammo again, with being downed the quickest? Good luck agents! It WAS reported on the PTS way before launch!

So far Alt-F4 seems to be the most reliable way to start picking up specialization ammo again.
