[2022] Cannot Extract Stat from Gloves

Basically, I cannot extract the maximum Critical Hit Damage stat from a pair of Gloves.

I have the gloves which I have not altered, but it will not give me the option to extract past the current stat of 11.8.

Is this a bug or am I missing something?
