Hello,
I lost my Division 2 character after a patch update. Ive been contacting Ubisoft since the end of June and they have yet to restore my character. I think Ubisoft needs better player support. Going forward, I refuse to buy anymore games from this company due to the lack of help from them.

My apologies that your support case is still ongoing, I read into your case details and the case is still open and being handled by the relevant team who helps with these particular issues after your case was escalated to another team.
