This seems to be a common issue now. I have just bought "The Division 2" with the new york DLC, and it is not in my library. It shows up not only in my own bank account as a payment but as well as the "my orders" page on the ubisoft website. I am not happy. For such a HUGE company to see this many issues... Please help.
