[2019] Oscar-01 error in booting game

Error: An error has occurred while accessing patch data.

The game will not boot. I have been playing it successfully since launch.

This error started this morning. I'm on PC

Any help?

We have 3 other PCs who didn't have a problem accessing the patch... so why am I?

Have you verified the game's files on the PC that isn't playing the game? That's the first thing I'd do if there was an issue accessing patch data.
