[2019] We can't play the division 2 from Iran due to the Ubisoft restrictions and sanctions

Can you please explain to me why we are not allowed to play the game from Iran . It's not fair taking political actions against a bunch of gamers just because they're living in this country. What did we do to you?? we're just playing your games which we paid for like everyone else .I thought games are separate from politics.
