Bought the DLC, shows in my transaction history, library doesnt have it listed in owned DLC for division 2 and in game the pilot just directs me to the store.
Tried to use ubisoft connect customer support which just constantly says I need to log in to my account to get support even though i'm logged in....

Thank you for bringing this to our attention and I'm sorry to hear about your experience.

After checking your both accounts I can see that your purchases have been already activated. Sometimes it might take up to 24 hours in order to activate your purchases, while usually, it's immidiate.

As RaciaIAdhesive kindly advised, it may have taken a little time for the DLC to become active.
