[2020] Bug with Recalibration Library

Hi Everyone

I have following bug:
I can't add the 15% Pistol DMG (Core Attribute) to my Library. I got allready 3x 15% Pistols but the action "dismantling Item" does nothing but turn in circle.

Does anyone else has this Problem? Is there an Easy Fix?
