The bounty that's set at the hotel next to the White House and makes you go through the mission backwards is missing a rope to let you climb up the elevator shaft in order to reach the last boss.

At the moment the only way to reach the last boss is to go back to the entrance and shoot them through the closed doors.

Here I killed the second boss but cannot reach the third one
