[2019] CP+3 bugging out if you die while it flips

You not getting credit if you die when it flips is WAI or am i taking it up the tail pipe now more then 6x? Numerous people in my clan have run into this issue. I realize not dieing would be best case scenario but it happens. No reason people should get penalized after putting in so much time to flip a CP +3 or even a +4
