Hi there I have been earning and saving my opals during the events and had over 200 opals. I went to Reda to see what the daily gear was and to my horror I found a balance of ZERO. I took a lot of time saving these up and even purchased the season pass because I am enjoying the game so much. But I can’t believe that I put in all the work for those opals only for them to vanish like an assassin in the night… HALP!! Thank you.

Can you try restarting the game and confirm if the issue persists. If it does could you also confirm the Ubisoft account username for the account that the game is played on as it has not been played on the Ubisoft account you have used to post on the forum.
