To add to the infinite amount of bugs that hollow point can have, you can sometimes get hollow point ammo but it won't show as active despite your character having it on his weapon, so it's active and you will cause bleed and extra damage but you won't know how much ammo you have. I don't know what causes this bug, it has happened few times before but this time was the first time i was in a situation that was easy to record
