This has been happening for a while now. I thought maybe you guys had fixed it with this last patch, but apparently not.
This happens at random times, but when I throw my Seeker Mine, it sometimes just... disappears. It doesn't seek out enemies and explode. It just vanishes. I can hear the sound effect of the mine following me around, but I can't see it... and I can't deactivate it. I just have to wait for the duration to end before I can try using it again, which basically cripples my character by making one of his skills completely unusable for a very long time.
