[2021] [Bug/Glitch]Lincoln Memorial mission bug: unable to start mission

I am unable to even begin the Lincoln memorial mission because the computer that controls the entry door is broken. I cannot interact with it.

Doing the mission solo on Hard level, and have already killed any hostiles I can find within a 200-400m radius.
