[2022] Manhunt Trig public execution complete but didn't get credit

I was in my own session with a friend. We were doing the Trig manhunt. We did everything together. We completed the public execution as the 3rd part of the objectives and then did the bounty connected to it. We then did the 4th part and then activated the bounty. After we completed the bounty we went to activate the Trig bounty but it says that I didn't complete the public execution. So I checked the map but no manhunt objective shows up for public execution. I did see a puiblic execution in the southwest area of the map. So we did that and then it activated another bounty that we completed but I still did not get credit for completing a public execution.

At this point I can not actiavte Trig, I can not get credit for a public execution and it seems like My only option is to reset the event but I am afraid that if I reset that I still will run into the same issue.

Has anyone else had a similar issue?
