[2021] Textures and other load issues

Been going on for 2-3 weeks where division 2 has all these problems, to begin with it takes forever to load in game if it loads into the game at all. 80% of the time loading gets stuck between 9 and 46 percent and wont move anymore, the game nor system is not frozen everything still functions it just doesnt process or something. I randomly get stuck and blurry from loading textures issues in game i get stuck in like this invisible box where i cant move out of a certain area at all, enemies are invisible, i cant hear anything in game, menus are invisible and or im in a building then everything becomes see through and im walking on air. Ive done the rebuid option 3 times deleted and reinstalled 6 times checked for any and all updates for both system and game, and i just dont know what to do. This is all on ps4 by the way.
