[2023] I don't get past the loading screen

Hello everyone, I just bought the game and everything is perfect but I enter the game and where at first it says to set the language, brightness, etc. it works fine but once I start the game and enters the loading screen it works but As you progress, the loading screen when it reaches 9% closes the game, the maximum that has advanced loading is up to 44% and then it closes anyway.

The computer is good for this game but I don't know what it could be.

Sorry for the inconvenience but it's a game that I want to play and I've been trying to fix it all day but nothing works. Any solution guys?
