I'm very sorry to see you encountered this issue! To confirm, if you redo the manhunt on the character that is missing the recording, does this change anything?

I have seen similar issues so I just want to get confirmation from @Catalin_6 first to see if you're able to get the recording by redoing the manhunt before I get this reported. I do ask that you make sure that before redoing you confirm you're not full on Black Tusk Keys and/or True Sons Keys as some have suggested that could cause the issue.
