I reached lvl 40 and just bought a deluxe pack. I got these 2 exotics , Lullaby and Ruthless.
They came to my mailbox at lvl 1 with the blue print to make sweetdreams and merciless to them.
Isn't there a way to upgrade these lvl 1 exotics that I got from the deluxe pack?
I bought the pack for getting so annoyed for not getting exotics and all I got is the exotics that I can't even kill enemys.
I want a refund honestly if I really can't level them up.
