Hi, I deleted my agent by accident last Saturday night after not realizing my controller was being pressed (Seriously there should be like 3 are you sure messages, or a loud alarm sound, I didn't even realize for about a half hour), and I sent a support ticket. I have read around these forums that after a short while my agent data will be off the server. I am wondering if anyone can address my case quickly. I have spent literal days in time on that agent, and I am about to be able to play a ton.
I accidentally deleted my agent just now on Xbox Series S. It is on the account Ubisoft account ChangingYew2595, and is under the Xbox gamertag LowGround142. I was level 40, my watch and season level was level 70, and I have 242 hours and 36 minutes according to xbox live, however, this is just how long the game has been open total. The last time I played was about 10-15 minutes ago. This character was not a hard character. I was dark zone level 9. I had Glory Daze and Doctor's Home as my 2 weapons, with Mozambique Special as my side arm. I don't remember all of my gear, but I know I had the Closer body armor, Memento backpack, and Picaro's Holster. My character was male I don't know what happened, I wasn't paying attention and must have deleted it by accident by pressing the controller. Please give me my account back, it is almost christmas time and I will be able to play so much, and this is one of my favorite games.
I sent 2 later messages, one about how I was worried I had miscategorized it, then another realizing I was mistaken. If anyone from @Ubisoft is reading this, I implore you to please try to get this fixed for me. I know I'm being impatient but starting in 2 days I'm going to be able to play a ton.

I checked into your support ticket and manually updated it on my end. You should get an automated email explaining how to proceed. Please keep in mind that this is not something I can help you with publicly on the forums, and any assistance will come through that support ticket. Also, in order to make sure that your ticket does not get filtered out of the correct queue, please avoid updating it until an agent has asked you for additional information.
